RETURNS

RETURN POLICY

Please note returns are accepted for exchange or store credit only.

All sale items are final and non refundable.

We are happy to exchange size, colour, or style as long as we are notified within 7 days of delivery date. Return shipping cost is not included or refundable.

Items returned will only be accepted if garment is still in new condition, unworn, unwashed, in original packaging with hygiene strips and tags still attached.

Faulty or incorrect items will need to be returned for an exchange. Breeze Intimates will replaced with the correct item and absorb the replacement postage cost.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

If you are approved, then appropriate action will be processed, and a credit note or exchange will be provided.

Note:
- Breeze Intimates is not liable for any items lost or missing once parcel has been dispatched.
- Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.
- The shipping charges are not included in your store credit.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
